Now package went live on Monday, and everything was fine.
Thursday night I suddenly have interference on the phone line (broadband is fine) and cannot receive calls - it is constantly engaged. Cannot find help on the website or live chat. Phoned the only phone number available and the automated service told me that it was for broadband only. Who do I call / what can I do to resolve this please. Very urgent as my mobile signal is weak and I rely on the landline.
