Or if you have a mobile phone, then maybe speak to the NowTV Broadband Team who will check your telephone line.
You will find their telephone number by going to My Account (person symbol if using a mobile) and from the option menu select Orders & Appointments and click on the drop down arrow below live date to see the number to call.
