My landline is so noisy and has been like 5at for about 3 weeks. I really rely on it but it’s impossible to make a call lasting longer than a couple of minutes. I’ve tried all the usual things, unplugging etc. This happened before with other companies. Open reach adjusts something in a box locally and it gets fixed. But, how do I get hold of a person ? It’s impossible to find a contact. I’ve tried all the menus, chatbot and now sent a complaint but it’s so time wasting. Other than cancelling my contract I don’t see a way through. I’ve only been with them 3 months.

Thanks so much for taking the time to do this for me. I did get through on that number and they are taking steps to sort it out. Its a great relief not to be worrying about what to do. You've been a huge help. I'll pass on my help from you, next time I can do so.
