I called a number using my home phone and we got cut off, but now there's no dialtone from my phone line. NOW TV is who I use for phone & internet but not sure how I can get in touch with them to see if they can solve the issue? I've tried to do a 'line check' online but all seemed fine.
Use one of the communication methods from this link page below to reach the NOW Broadband & Calls Team.
If you phone them and get an automatic message to pick an option and there isn't one suitable, then pick a Broadband issue and it will still direct you to the same Team who deals with landline NOW customer problems.
The issue is I'm unable to make calls...
I've sent a complaint using the form.. no other way to get through to anyone.
Here's an alternative telephone number for the NOW Team who deals with NOW landline or Broadband issues (see screen shot below) assuming you have access to another phone such has a Mobile to call them.
