Hi
Every time I get a call on my landline it knocks out the internet until about 5 mins after end of call. So find I have no internet access and not able to watch TV.
Any suggestions?
Technical checks via NOW TV show all working ok.

Hopefully you got it solved? But that was what happens if you run without a microfilter on the line.
If there isn’t a microfilter in the BT Master Socket, you need the one that should have come with the router, a little cable about six inches long.
