Phone Line dead - No update

I've been a Now TV customer for 1+ year and not had an issue, until when I went to make a call on the home line on 17th and no dial tone. Having checked the line on my account it recognised that there is a fault but no update since 07.45 on the 17th and still no home phone......! 

Seems a long time to be without the land line or an update?

Everything else is working fine

Not sure from your posting if you have contacted Now Broadband about this or not?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
