Performance

I have been having issues with the home hub. It keeps failing and after about 20 minutes it comes back. Line checks show nothing is wrong. Has happened about 50 times in the last week. Very annoying when you can get a response from the technical help.

No technical help from NOW staff on this forum I’m afraid. You need to call the broadband team to get anything resolved.

Hi Thanks for the phone number and spoke to help. Checked home hub and line. Now changing to split 2.4 and 5g.  Hopefully this may help. Will let you know. Thanks.

Did all your devices drop, or just one or two that you particularly noticed?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
