Payment get broadband working again!

I owe £18 on my account I have this money available in my account, every time I go to make the payment it says the payment has failed yet 0.10p keeps getting taken every time I try, why is this? Can someone help me please

You are better off either phoning the NowTV Broadband Team directly or contact their live web chat service.

 

Where the forum is mainly used by customers and rarely by NowTV Staff.

 

To reach the NowTV Broadband Team open the link page below and if you sign in with your account details a telephone number should show on the link screen page on the right hand side.

 

Or alternatively if you prefer using the live web chat service, click on the small green arrow underneath How to Get in Touch to see the live chat button to click on to start an online web chat conversation with them.
