Pairing device

Hi all

 

When i try to sign in on smart tv/ console it gives me the link 'nowtv.com/playstaition'. When i click on this link it refers me to choose my membership, ive already signed in. How else can i pair?

Hi @Anonymous User 

Have you tried opening the NOW App on the Playstation, then when you see that message, close it by pressing the enter button.

Then from the NOW App home screen navigate down to the bottom grid row and highlight and click on the My Account tile box, then enter your existing NOW details you have the TV Membership on.
