PS4 can't connect.

As of this morning my PS4 has been unable to connect to my NowTV broadband. All other devices connected are fine and the PS4 connects to other networks fine as well.

 

I have tried:

- Hard reset on hub

- Power cycle on hub

- Connect PS4 to other network (worked fine)

- Various different DNS options on the PS4

- Wired connection, PS4 does not recognise anything and just shows "connect LAN cable".

 

PS4 Error code NW-31297-2 seems to be the most common (the password I am entering is 100% correct)

 

I also sometimes get ''cannot connect to the wifi network within the time limit".

 

Also the error "A DNS server cannot be used".

 

Any help appreciated.

My Account/Broadband & calls/Moving Home.

 

Ring the number shown.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
