PS4 Wi-Fi setup

I've been trying to set up a PS4 using the NOW TV Wi-Fi. It recognises the Wi-Fi settings but doesn't connect giving a message that it has failed on the 'NAT Type'. Can anybody help please! Thanks.

My ps4 headphone and mic disconnect sometimes and says is due to Nat type but don't know what it means either

Think I've worked it out. I've switched off the broadband buddy as it was conflicting with the set-up
