Outside line been damaged

My housing association installed a new back door two days ago. In the process of this the workman accidentally broke the cable that runs outside (the black main cable) to the inside of the house. Was the part inside the house that was damaged. This cut my internet and phone line off. Because it said BT on the damaged box I contacted them. They said they would send someone out today but never. I have just called Openreach and they said I need to contact now TV and they then need to contact Openreach to come fix it. I have had no tv or internet since this happened. I have two kids who obviously rely on the internet and I’m using my neighbour WiFi on my phone. I can’t find a freephone number for now tv as I can’t call. The landline isn’t working and I’ve no credit in my phone. Please any advice will be appreciated
