You should find the telephone helpline number for NowTV Broadband & Telephone Team under My Account (person icon if using a mobile) then from the drop down menu select Orders & Appointments, then under your Live Date click on the drop down arrow to reveal the telephone number.
Just be aware looking at the NowTV Help Centre section the phone lines are extremely busy at the moment.
