Outage Wakefield?

Anyone any idea of an outage in Wakefield? All I get on my account is ‘this customer has an outage’ and no help from the phone lines pointing me here. 
absolute garbage.

You would think there would be a service status page available for customers to check on known outages.  😕

 

Failing that, call the customer services team on 0800 759 1213.
