I am assuming your NowTV Broadband is already active previously and you are not waiting for the scheduled live activation switch over date to NowTV ?
Also assuming you have tried a soft reboot or factory reset on the Hub Router by holding the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 to 15 secs and made sure the cable between the router and BT socket is connected properly.
Then the orange middle light usually means the internet is down and you need further assistance from the NowTV Broadband Team.
You will find their telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointments section (click on any of the drop down arrows to reveal the phone number to call).
NORMALLY IT COMES BACK WITHIN A FEW MINUTES BUT ITS BEEN LIKE HALF AN HOUR NOW I'VE RESET IT 4 TIMES AND STILL NOTHING SO WHAT THE HELL DO YOU RECOMMEND TO THAT THEN?? I'VE ALSO TRIED CALLING, LIVE CHAT AND THE BOT BUT STILL NOTHING IS GETTING ME ANYWHERE I'VE ABOUT HAD IT WITH THIS S***TY INTERNET PROVIDER TUE MIDDLE LIGHT IS STILL BLOODY ORANGE I JUST WANT TO FINISH WHAT I WAS WATCHING FFS
Got thru to the bot. Got message saying problem with broadband fibre connection and that they're working on it. F#%k knows how long that will be. It's the middle of the night. So I wount expect them pulling their thumbs out their ###### to soon
