So, I posted the other day to say that I was due a line activation on 7th. I had no signal on the day.
Now have sent 2 BT Openreach engineers out and both NOW/BT said it was an an issue with the other. What I keep hearing is " it's a permissions issue"
I was due to have another engineer come today so my wife waited in this morning. They didnt arrive
I called NOW and was told that someone came out on Monday and fixed it and the box in the street. But I still have no internet. NOW suggested another engineer!
I am beyond furious, as an essential worker, internet is vital to me ( as it is most people )
I dont know what to do??? #pleasehelp
