so we have been trying to switch to [voucher code removed] but when it asks for ouor number desite taking it from our provider and even from the number it gives us when we call our own phones (Same Number as what is given from rovider) it says that the number isn't right. we have tried multile times with no solution. can anyone help?
Note: we have tried calling them but we just get told to clear our browser history and cache which we have done many times and we even tried using different browsers and devices (Phone, Laptop and Desktop)
