Online Chat - unable to access

We are new to Now TV & Broadband and having great difficulty getting to talk to someone, anyone re a promised Sky sports voucher which has never materialised!

I keep getting told to go on live chat and cannot access it. Have tried on my laptop and my desktop, am I missing something? Is it not available all the time, I see 8am - midnight and am doing it through this time. Have emailed and received nothing back, any ideas?

Yeah I was meant to get entertainment passes but never did, moved house recently as well and its just one issue after another 😭 absolutely f***ing useless!

I tried to contact someone earlier, it seems near impossible to contact anyone. I was with sky before, maybe now broadband was cheaper for a reason :(.
