Number Tick Box

Hi,  I'm thinking of switching to NOW and wanted to ask where the tick box is to confirm that I want to keep my landline number, please...

I've got to the bit during the online application process where they're asking for my card details, with no sign of any tick box yet.  Does it come after these details have been entered? 

So far, the only thing they've asked was if I wanted my number to be in the phone book directory, which I do not.

Can I keep my phone number and email address?

If you want to keep your current phone number, choose ‘Yes, keep my current number’ when you confirm your broadband order, and we’ll do our best to have it transferred over. If it’s not possible to keep your phone number, we’ll let you know.
