My son has a now tv stick upstairs , it’s has never worked great but had been behaving for a thew months but now is back to being slow , keeps saying it’s not connected to the internet , it will loose sound or not have a good picture , I’m also not getting good WiFi on my mobile so I’m constantly using my data instead , my down stairs now tv box works fine with internet but I have to keep turning it off at the wall and back on for it to respond to the remote . I did have BT engineer when the the stick was playing up before , the line is fine and they said my hub is old so may need replacing if it keeps playing up . I’ve done all the checks and resets , nothing helps
