Now tv remote won't let me set it up so power and volume button works

Hi I wonder if anyone can help I've had my now tv stick for over a month now I've tried several times to set the remote up so the power button and volume buttons work but I'm not getting any joy 

I've been through the 'is the music playing' 

'has the music stopped' but still no joy 

can anyone help

Unfortunately not every TV model will work with the nowtv smart remote with regards to the on / off and volume adjust buttons on the controller.
