Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help. For weeks now, my internet has been going off and on multiple times a day and is very slow. I've had multiple calls with NowTv, 3 engineer visits (all said nothing wrong with line, last one said faulty router). I was given a new router which I set up today and within 10 minutes the internet went off again twice.
I rang nowtv, and was told to try different 2.4gz channels. I have tried all 13 channels and still have the same problem - speeds of about 13 when engineer tested it from outside property and said it was 55.
Anyone have any clues as I'm at my wits end - it worked perfectly for months until a few weeks ago.
Thanks in advance

Same with me. It's a problem with their network. My phoneline is perfect. It's been fine for 7 months, until recently, only 2 weeks ago when they've been causing me problems.
They seem to be mucking about with the line... when I login to the router it says:
Jan 1 00:00:34 syslog: [ 34.019000] Line 0: xDSL G.994 training
Jan 1 00:00:39 syslog: [ 39.022000] Line 0: ADSL link down
Jan 1 00:00:40 syslog: [ 40.022000] Line 0: xDSL G.994 training
Jan 1 00:00:48 syslog: [ 48.025000] Line 0: VDSL G.993 started
Jan 1 00:00:59 syslog: [ 59.036000] Line 0: VDSL2 link down
Jan 1 00:01:02 syslog: [ 62.039000] Line 0: xDSL G.994 training
Jan 1 00:01:11 syslog: [ 71.042000] Line 0: VDSL G.993 started
Jan 1 00:01:29 syslog: [ 89.092000] Line 0: VDSL2 link up, Bearer 0, us=9995, ds=39998
...and the date always reads jan1 they couldn't even setup their router properly I'm so fedup with this nonsense i've had to burn £40 to get BTWifi for 30 days
They had better sort this crap out otherwise I'm just going to cancel without notifying them I can't put up with this much longer I've already wasted £40 to get a bearable signal outside my house. I depend on Internet to stream TV programs and news.
They are in breach of contract they are not delivering what I have paid for and it's getting worse, no internet for a solid 3 days now..........

Same for me. Just keeps tripping. As I am trying to work from home this is a disaster
Saying coronovirus is the reason they are offering no support is ridiculous
No information, no apologies (presumably they don't want to admit so as to open up to compensation claims)
No indication that they are doing anything at all to resolve the ongoing problem
