Hi so I received an email to finsih setting up my account with now tc for my broadband and when I click on the link and sign in it asks me what packages I want for now tv and won’t let me continue with no package and just the broadband.

Your nowtv broadband order might already be in the process phase of sending out the Hub Router and setting a live activation date.
When you sign in on here, and go to My Account > Orders and Appointments does it say that your order is being processed ?
If you have any concerns, then contact the nowtv broadband team where you should find their phone number either by clicking on the Track My Order sections or under Broadband & Calls sub menu by clicking on the moving home box.
