Your nowtv broadband order might already be in the process phase of sending out the Hub Router and setting a live activation date.
When you sign in on here, and go to My Account > Orders and Appointments does it say that your order is being processed ?
If you have any concerns, then contact the nowtv broadband team where you should find their phone number either by clicking on the Track My Order sections or under Broadband & Calls sub menu by clicking on the moving home box.
