What does the error message say on screen is it happening when trying to open the nowtv App or when logging into your nowtv App with your account details ?
Have you tried rebooting the stick by pressing the small reset button on the stick, together with rebooting your router.
Should you be using the power from the USB port on your TV for the stick, then see if using the supplied power adpator that came with the stick instead makes any difference.
If that doesn't work, perhaps try a full factory reset on the stick by pressing the reset button for 6 seconds whilst the stick is powered on.
