Now boost

Hi

I’ve paid for boost so my son and I can watch F1 in different rooms (I’m isolating) but it’s still saying max devices reached 1/2 hour after setting up. How long should it take to process?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Try logging out and sign back in on the NOW App playback devices, if you have purchased the Boost Membership from their website.

 

This should trigger the Boost into action.
