Now Tv App not working on LG Tv

Hi,

Now Tv app is no longer working on my LG tv?

Message reads "well that didn't go to plan... NOW TV isn't loading. Please try again in a but."

I have been trying to get it to work and all i get is this message.

Please advise.

try turning off at the plug and back on again if that doesn’t work delete the app and re install if still no joy try resetting the tv.  The app is definitely still working as I used it last night also a reboot of your router might help

Hi

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app I still have the same issues 

Unknown Page Error 

Can't find any help on Now TV page ..any suggestions

We have the same issue with the app on our LG tv. Did you get a fix? I cant work out how to uninstall app off tv

Same here and happening far too often.

I have the same problem since i updated the now tv app on my lg tv. Since then i have lost now tv on all devices as the app does not recognise my log in.

Any device??
