Hi, I’m able to watch/download programs on the Now TV app on my iPad when using the Wi-Fi network. However, when the Wi-Fi is off and I’m using the mobile network, I get a message that I’m offline or have no network connection. I do have a network connection as other streaming apps work fine. And I have both “Wi-Fi only” options switched off. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

Bit of a long shot go into the NOW App Settings by clicking the gear wheel icon and make sure "wifi only" feature is not enabled.
Edit - I have seen you have done this already.

I don't own an iOS Mobile device, but have you tried a full power down on it (give it say 2 minutes) then power up the iOS device and try the NOW App again with your mobile data.
Hopefully iOS owners who use their mobile internet data with the NOW App will offer more suggestions to try.
