Now TV isn’t loading. Please try again in a bit

My Now TV app isn’t loading on my TV or phone. Both have been disconnected and reconnected to the internet and turned on and off. 
Any ideas?

Bit of a long shot, but if everything else is working on the internet and it's just the NowTV App on all your playback devices, then if you can go without any internet for about half an hour, then see if switching the power off on your Router makes any difference.

it is now 12.15  am and i have had the above message for the past 3 hours, turned everything including router off and back on again it then asks for my password which it says is    incorrect just about had enough now using app in LGTV also nowtv stick in another tv  both say the same any useful ideas

Same issue since 21.00 yesterday on 2 TVs with NOW smart sticks on NOW broadband.

Have you tried to unplug your stick and router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thanks, yes I've tried unplugging and resetting the router and the smart
sticks and I've contacted Now TV tech support and this issue has been
escalated as it is still unresolved.
