I got cut off from Chat without NowTV actually helping me. They sent an email saying they sent a previous email to help but they didn't.
I keep getting logged out of Now TV on desktop and have to sign back in all the time which is annoying because NowTV has put a block on Windows remembering passwords which is making the service unusable.
Also, the quality of the service is poor. I have a good fiber connection and even so every so often the picture goes fuzzy and distorted for a few seconds. It is terrible quality and not what you would expect from Sky.
