Has anyone else had issues with Now broadband and the activation of it? I was advised my services would go live on 10/10/2019, it’s now 05/12/2019 and I’ve only got partial service, landline appears to be working but no broadband. I’ve called what feels like hundreds of times and I’m just getting fobbed off with the same thing, bt openreach are looking into it our tier2 team will contact you. Never hear from anyone so constantly having to call back! If you’ve had similar issues how long did it take for them to actually sort it? Never had any issue with being connected previously with previous isp.
