Hello everyone,
Normally our modem kit was mailed on the 15th, engineer visit was on the 20th. We have already paid the bill for this month, but we still have not received the kit and cannot use the internet. Is there any way we can reach Now broadband team other than calling them? When I track the cargo from Royal Mail, it still appears in Norwich, the cargo has not moved in any way for 7 days, we need to be the sender in order to create a complaint in Royal Mail. Now broadband how can we get help with this?
