I am assuming you have pressed the reset button on the back of the router to see if there is any improvement on your hub wifi signal ?
If you go to My Account > My Package (under moving home) there should be a telephone number for the broadband team and ask them to transfer you to the relevant broadband dept.
or you could be helpfull and send him the phone number as he may have difficulty as his internet isnt working correctly. why does nowtv do customer service?
