Are you still getting the message that streaming is not supported in your region and does the same message appear on more than one playback device ?
If so, perhaps try switching the power off to your Router for about 30 minutes.
Also if you are using a VPN, then sometimes NowTV can detect this and may block it, so try switching the VPN to UK or disable the VPN.
Out of curiosity what device is flagging up the message and if it's a mobile device have you been out of the country using it ?
