Not impressed at all

My Broadband was meant to go live yesterday, but still hasn’t despite it being delayed a week already. 

 

I had my hub delivered to work as there’s no way of receiving it at my flat and put my installation address down as my flat address. However, it looks like they’ve activated it at my work?! How do I get this sorted out. I’m not impressed at all at the moment given the delay already.
