Not getting minimum guaranteed speed

Just got connected. 
router reporting 9.5Mbps but NowTV have indicated a minimum of 20Mbps. 
How do I get NowTV to check the connection and achieved the contracted speed?

If you’ve only just joined you will be best to give the connection 10 days to settle.

Is your issues with Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If it’s the former you can split the signals which could improve things for you.
