Not getting Guaranteed Speeds on my Broadband, what can I do?

Hi 

 

i joined recently about 2/3 months ago and the speeds we now get are always at max of 40mbps rather than the guaranteed speeds of 60mbps...

 

what can I do because I’m not happy?

  1. No not yet, il call them tomorrow. Can it be fixed and sped up?

I can't answer that question because i don't work for NowTV.

Let us know how you get on with the call. More than likely it's a software issue within the hub so hopefully our team can get you back to those guaranteed speeds. They will probably walk you through changing the wireless channel and ask you to try with an Ethernet cable (supplied with the hub) so have one handy when you ring 🙂
