Not able to use landline

I switched to NOWTV at the beginning of the month.  


As of this afternoon, though, I don’t seem to be able to either send or receive calls on my landline.  When I dial out, I hear he call being made but it isn’t connected and there is no dialling tone when I pick up the phone.  When people try to call me, it sounds like my phone is ringing but I hear nothing.  


It’s very difficult to contact NOWTV without a landline and there doesn’t seem to be an option for contacting customer services via email.  


Can someone enlighten me as to how I might be able to rectify this problem? Or can you direct me towards someone who might be able to help?

If I were you, I’d use your mobile phone to call the broadband and calls team. It’s free for mobiles as it counts towards your minutes.
