Hi,
My internet has always worked fine. I bought a landline phone but there's noise/interference on the line when I pick up the receiver. It happens when the phone is plugged into the microfilter and when it's plugged directly into the wall. I'd be grateful for any suggestions on how to fix this? I don't know if the issue is landline or telephone.

@Anonymous User @Anonymous User In your account documentation you’ll find a contact phone number to report broadband/phone line faults. Use that to report the line fault, don’t mention broadband, as that only confuses them. If you report it a a phone line fault, then Openreach will be informed, and can schedule a visit, either to the exchange or street cabinet. Rarely will they need access to your house.
