Changed broadband from sky to BT
when I try to connect to now tv it says no internet connection manage in settings
there is a blue line around settings and will not let me do anything
I think I need to change WiFi password but again will not let me do anything

What playback device or devices are you using ?
If it's a NowTV branded device i am assuming you have gone into settings > Network > Set up Connection > Wireless ?
Are you using the supplied remote that came with your branded NowTV device and not the Roku smartphone App ?
If your playback device offers Ethernet, can you run an Ethernet cable to your Router ?

Another thing you could try if using a NowTV Stick or 4K NowTV Smart box with the supplied voice smart remote is to undertake a factory reset on the device and setup the device again on your BT Broadband.
If you lost the NowTV remote and using the Roku Remote App on your smartphone, then don't factory reset your NowTV branded device.
