If you have already tried pressing the reset button on the back of the Hub router for about 10 secs and the middle Internet green light doesn't show on the front of the router, then call the NowTV Broadband Team.
You will find their telephone number by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments section whilst signed in on here and below where it says live date, click on the drop down arrow to reveal the telephone help number to call.
