No services

My landlline is dead, broadband and nowtv not working either.

Just stopped working this afternoon. The online check thing said it couldn't help. Modem has blue light at power and wireless. Middle light is off. No colour.

Is there a problem in the Glasgow area or is it just my home?

Hi @Anonymous User

If you have already tried pressing the reset button on the back of the Hub router for about 10 secs and the middle Internet green light doesn't show on the front of the router, then call the NowTV Broadband Team.

You will find their telephone number by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments section whilst signed in on here and below where it says live date, click on the drop down arrow to reveal the telephone help number to call.
