Hi. So yesterday was my activation date. I was told by the engineer there was a fault in the line and that he flagged it up, there would be somebody out to fix the problem. Openreach website stated I needed to get in touch with service provider. I called numerous times but can't seem to get through. Another thing is the damage to my property, where he drilled for the line. The cladding on the outside has cracked all around the hole which looks like it will cause serious damp problem if not sorted out. Am I supposed to fix this?
