Why don't you phone the NowTV Broadband Team by going to the nowtv website, click on My Account (sign in with details) then select My Package and under moving home there should be a helpline telephone number.

Maybe being a bit naive, but how can you use the nowtv website if no connection is available??

Because the OP posted on here, where reading their post i assumed they either used they workplace internet or used their mobile phone internet data to access the nowtv website
