No landline phone for over 28 hours and no information!

OK, this is a big area problem it seems, but NO INFORMATION as to what has happened and when it's going to be fixed.  We have a vulnerable elderly relative reliant on landline based alarm system - which is not now working.  Also, there is no mobile signal in that area so we are completely out of touch.

We need information

You don’t get any information from here I’m afraid. 

Try calling the broadband team if possible as they deal with landline issues as stated in the link below. Which is where you’ll also find the number to call.

If you’re not able to call there is a web form that can be filled out which is also in the same link. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I've tried calling - on 2 of the numbers they give. No-one answers.
Ofcom requires that we are kept informed by our service provider, so it's
not really for me to be chasing them, if they follow the codes of conduct.
