No landline or Broadband today (9/5/23)

Hi,

Anyone else in the Maidenhead area having connection problems?

Been down since 8.00am(ish)this morning.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Done all the usual. I was just asking if it was just me or was there a larger network outage?

Then call the broadband team, being a fellow customer but for TV memberships only I can't be much help.

They are aware of an issue etc etc.

Nothing none of us can do on here then, NOW are 100% reliant on OpenReach to fix any issues with your connection. So it is just a matter of waiting and calling occassionally for an update.
