I have over a year Now Tv but few days the internet is down. The light on the modem is off as well. I have checked the plugs, tried to reset but nothing. If you are unable to help me online I would much appreciated a visit the sooner as i work from home and i struggled a lot these days.
Have you reported it to Now? Nothing is likely to happen, until you do.
