Hi
My Internet was supossed to go live today but the Internet light on the hub doesn't turn on. Also, when I try to connect t to the WiFi ti says connected without Internet. I have replaced all the cables but it still doesn't work please advise.

Was your internet suppose to go live today the 27th of February 2021 has per the date of your post or was it scheduled yesterday the 26th of February 2021 ?
If it's today Saturday the 27th of February 2021 the internet can go live anytime up until Midnight tonight.
When you go into My Account > Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here with your NowTV Broadband account sign in details what is it showing for your live activation date (is the colour still blue or has it changed to green).
