My broadband was installed by an engineer Friday morning, there are two green dots on my now tv hub 2 (1st& 3rd lights)
now my issue is that I’ve paid my bill and I still do not have internet anymore? Help?
i cannot get through to anyone on the phone as the robot keeps hanging up on me
