No internet

I am a new customer and it has only been 10 days since my broadband went active and I paid my first bill. My signal has now dropped, however the power and WiFi light are green whereas the internet light is orange. A set up box appeared which guided me through some steps i.e check your connections with diagrams etc. My setup is fine, it looks like all the diagrams and then it said click to reset Hub 2, after that nothing happened. I’m still stuck with no internet. Help!
